Curing agent S-80

　　Product introduction

　　It is a pre-dispersed curing agent used in natural rubber and diene synthetic rubber, which is easily dispersed in rubber materials and commonly used in ordinary sulfur vulcanization systems to form polysulfide bonds. It has good initial fatigue performance and dynamic and static performance.

　　It can be used in combination with sulfurizers with sulfur carriers to form an appropriate amount of polysulfide bonds, single and double sulfur bonds, which not only has good dynamic performance.

　　S-80 has a very good dispersibility . No dust generated during use, suitable for automatic weighing.

　　Usage method

　　This product generally needs to be used in the presence of zinc oxide and stearic acid.

　　Add it in mixer or open mill, keep the temperature of the rubber compound under 90°C

　　Before the rubber sheets deposit or transport, make sure the sheets are cool

　　Suggested dosage: 1.0phr-5.0phr, please increase or decrease as needed

　　Package specification/ shelf life

　　25kg/ bag

　　Twelve months from the date of production. If the storage is expired, it can still be used after re inspection

　　1. This product is flammable, avoid contact with fire

　　2. Keep away from non-polar oil to prevent its melting and deterioration

　　3. Store in a well ventilated and dry place
