Product introduction

　　D(DPG) is a medium speed accelerator for natural rubber, and synthetic rubber, and is a typical alkaline quat type accelerator. It is a typical alkaline quat type accelerator. It acts as a plasticizer and plasticizer in neoprene rubber. This product is easy to change color when exposed to light, generally not suitable for white or light-colored rubber products. As a kind of after-effect accelerator, it can be used in the manufacture of tires, rubber plates, rubber shoes and other thick rubber products.D80, selected special surfactants, D powder treatment to improve the dispersibility and reactivity of D80. No dust is generated during use and it is suitable for automatic weighing.

Usage

1、It can be used as the active agent of acid accelerators such as thiazole, thiuram and sulfonamides.

It should be used with zinc oxide and stearic acid to improve the activity.

2、It can be added at the time of pre-tempering and post-sulfurization.

3、Suggested additive amount is 0.2phr-1.5phr.

Packing specification/shelf life

Packed in box lined with plastic bag, 25kg/box. Or packed in paper-plastic composite bag lined with plastic bag, 25kg/bag.

Shelf life is 12 months from the date of production. If the storage expires, it can still be used after re-inspection.
