　　TMTM is a discoloring and non polluting overspeed accelerator ,mainly used for natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers.This product has lower activity than TMTD,The universal chloroprene rubber has a delayed vulcanization effect.In the reaction, TMTM cannot decompose into active sulfur and cannot be used as a sulfur carrier.TS-80 is a pre dispersed master batch formed by treating TMTM ultrafine powder,dust-free and environmentally friendly, suitable for automatic weighing.

　　Usage method

　　It can be used alone or in combination with thiazole, aldehydes, amines, and other accelerators.

　　It is an active agent of thiazole accelerators and is generally used as a second or third accelerator

　　Usage: Use as a general accelerator, add it in the second stage of internal mixing or open mill

　　Suggested dosage: 0.1phr-3.0phr, please increase or decrease as needed

　　Package specification/ shelf life

　　25kg/ bag

　　Twelve months from the date of production. If the storage is expired, it can still be used after re inspection

　　1. This product is flammable, avoid contact with fire

　　2. Keep away from non-polar oil to prevent its melting and deterioration
