Product introduction

　　This antioxidant is suitable for natural rubber/NBR/SBR/EP(D)M/CR and various synthetic rubbers. This antioxidant has excellent protection against aging phenomena caused by heat and oxygen. Used in combination with other types of antioxidants or antioxidants, it has better protection against flexural aging. It is a commonly used antioxidant in the manufacture of rubber products such as rubber shoes/hoses/tires/tapes/wire shields. It has great solubility in rubber, and will not be vomited if the dosage is more than 6phr, but due to its natural color, attention should be paid to color transfer if the dosage is large.

Method of use

　　The plasticization stage of rubber can be put in, according to the general use of rubber antioxidants

　　This antioxidant can be used alone or in combination with other antioxidants such as MB or BHT/1076.

　　Recommended dosage: 1.0phr-4.0phr, please increase or decrease according to your needs.

Package specifications/ shelf life

　　Coated bag/box with plastic bag, 25kg/bag(box)

　　12 months from production date. If the storage is expired, it can still be used after re-inspection

Attention points

　　1. This product is not flammable but flammable, use should be careful to keep fire from happening

　　2. The storage temperature and number of layers should not be too high to prevent the granules from softening and agglomerating

　　3. Keep away from strong acid, strong alkali and strong oxidizer to avoid product failure.
