Usage method

　　The recommended dosage is 5g/kg-6g/kg. The mechanical properties are better when the dosage is 5g/kg; the elasticity is better when 6g/kg Large deviation of dosage may cause performance damage

　　2. Use of coupling agent Chew the compound before adding the coupling agent to make it soft. Control the temperature of open factory below 70°C to make 3M safe enough.

　　3. Vulcanization process

　　Temperature 155°C±3°C, Curing time150s-220s, Discharge time 2-4 The specific production process depends on your products and equipment, adjust the process to suit If necessary, replace some 3M with DCP to control the curing speed

  Package specifications/ shelf life

　　25kg/bag

　　12 months from production date. If storage has expired, it can still be used after re-inspection
