Product introduction

　　TBBS is generally used as after-effect promoter for NR/BR/IR/SBR and other synthetic rubber, with excellent anti-scorch performance and short vulcanization time. It has excellent anti-scorch property and short curing time, i.e. no scorch danger at operating temperature, obvious promotion effect and high reaction degree in the range of curing temperature.NS has slight contamination to the rubber and almost no discoloration.

　　Therefore, it can be applied to many kinds of rubber products including light color, bright color, etc. TBBS-80, selected special surfactant, treats TBBS ultrafine powder to improve the dispersibility and reactivity of TBBS-80. Suitable for automatic weighing.

Usage

　　NS-80 (TBBS) is generally used in the presence of zinc oxide and stearic acid, and can also be activated with thiuram, dithiocarbamates, quat-based accelerators or acids. It is generally used as a second accelerator.

　　Usage: Used as a general accelerator, added in the second stage of refining, or opening machine dosing.

　　Suggested dosage: 0.5phr-1.5phr, please increase or decrease as needed.
